How it works

Every item is printed or embroidered when you order it, usually within 2–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. You'll see the shipping price for your country before you pay.

Returns

All sales are final: everything is made to order, so there are no returns or exchanges for size, fit or change of mind. Anything that arrives damaged, defective or misprinted is replaced; tell us within 30 days of delivery. Full policy.

Customs

Orders outside Canada and the US may pay local import taxes or duties on delivery, depending on your country.
